The physical world of our students is constantly changing and being shaped by natural forces. This topic explores the nature of these forces and how they are responsible for creating the earth as we know it today. Students also examine the sometimes dramatic and devastating effects these natural events on both people and the environment. The topic also examines changes that have occurred to living things and the theories of evolution are discussed, together with different theories expressed in other cultures.
